The exact 7-week path from your first agency shift to your own registered, staffing agency — with your first client paid and invoiced.
You did one agency shift. You got paid three times your normal rate. And you haven't stopped thinking about it since — because if the agency who booked you can pay that and still profit, you know exactly who's really making the money. It isn't you. Not yet.
The first time I tried, I got it wrong. I rented an office, bought furniture, hired consultants to do it for me, then sat back and waited for the phone to ring. It nearly finished me before I'd secured a single client.
The second time, I flipped it. Kitchen table. My own registration, done myself, so I understood every piece of it. My own first shift, covered by me, because I'm a nurse — and that shift's wages became the money I used to pay my first recruit.
I made mistakes along the way that cost me real clients — mistakes I now teach every person I work with how to skip entirely.
Today I run my own healthcare staffing agency, and I help other nurses build theirs.
You already know you want this. What you don't know is what actually sits between "nurse" and "agency owner" — and most of what's out there either oversimplifies it ("just register a company!") or buries you in generic business advice that's never seen a WRC licence application or a Garda vetting form.
There are two ways to close that gap with me. Both take you to the same finish line. They differ in how much of the work I carry with you.
Both paths take you from registered nurse to registered agency owner in 7 weeks. They differ in how much of the work I carry with you.
"I want a coach in my corner and other founders beside me."
Payment options: pay in full at £1,997, or split into 2 payments of £1,048 (first payment to enrol, second due at Week 3).
Join The Next Group Cohort →Best for: self-starters who can execute independently once they know the steps, and who want accountability, community, and my direct input without needing me hands-on for every task.
"I want you working this with me, one-on-one, start to finish."
Best for: nurses who want the fastest route, the most direct access to me personally, and zero waiting on anyone else's pace or questions.
Regardless of which path you choose, here's what "done" looks like — the same three milestones, every time:
Company registered, employment agency licence in hand, website, domain, email, phone and address live.
Your candidate pool established and your first client job order received.
Your first shift covered, invoiced, and paid by your client.
That's the finish line. Not "you learned how." Paid.
I take this seriously, and I ask you to as well. If that sounds like exactly the kind of accountability you're looking for, you're in the right place.
If you're confident you can execute once you know the steps, and you'd enjoy a cohort of peers doing this alongside you, start with the Group Programme. If you want it done hand-in-hand with me personally, and you want to move as fast as possible, apply for 1:1.
Not at all. Covering your own first shifts is one route to funding your early hires, not a requirement. If your schedule only allows certain shifts, you cover what you can and recruit staff for the rest. There's also invoice financing — advancing a percentage of an invoice's value upfront so you can pay staff before your client pays you, then repaying it with interest once they settle. And if shift-covering isn't for you at all, the Placement Agency model — placing candidates in permanent roles for a one-off fee — needs no shift cover whatsoever. Most clients end up combining staffing and placement together, so you're never relying on just one income stream. We map out the right mix for your specific schedule inside the programme.
Yes — reach out and we'll talk about what that looks like.
The core roadmap — pipeline, outreach, self-cover strategy — applies everywhere. The registration and licensing steps are specific to your country; tell me where you are and we'll confirm fit before you enrol.
The Group Programme can be split into 2 payments of £1,048, so start there if that helps. The 1:1 Founding tier is paid in full only, no exceptions — if that's not accessible right now, grab the free roadmap or the ebook below and come back when you're ready to invest fully. I'd rather you join when you can commit properly than start and stall.
No — the 1:1 tier is full payment only, by design. If instalments are what you need right now, the Group Programme offers the same 7-week milestone path, split into 2 payments of £1,048.
The 1:1 rate moves to its standard £5,000. The Group Programme stays open, with a new cohort every quarter.
The rest is just seven weeks and a decision.
